Was gutted I had to miss The Glitch Mob’s Budapest gig last weekend, I was in Brussels when they played.

Checked in on Instagram in the city and got a comment from my mate Ooah Glitch Mob saying they were playing in Brussels that night.

What a no brainer.

My advise for the week is this: grab a nice coffee in the morning and allow yourself a one minute window for foolery. Always works a treat.

It is very very important to keep fit and do some exercise every now and again.

Take this one for example, it should take 45 minutes, I’m done in 10. Stick that up your dojo.

Being not only a very good producer but also a great drummer isn’t always easy and like all talent or superpower, comes at a price. We, great drummers, often hear music where others hear nothing but rhythmic gibberish.
